I AM READY FOR MY COURSE IF I HAVE:

• Completed a Drug Screen and In Person Orientation
• Went to my Primary Care Physician or and Urgent care to get a 72 hour TB Skin test, went to get it read and uploaded it to tranistion enroll or emailed it to afarmer@coremedicalsvcs.com
• Have Red or Black scrubs and closed toed shoes (No crocs)
• Created your testing company account
• Signed up for externship hours and bird the externship schedule (MA/MMA Students)
• A fully charged laptop or tablet and a new clean notebook for the first day of class.
